The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the country, as seen below. Our processing time is one business day.

All shipping in Croatia is FREE.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays, sale periods and unpredictable occurrences.

The exact delivery costs can be calculated at checkout.

All shipping prices include VAT.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country and are determined by local regulations beyond our control. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method, so you’ll always see the final shipping price before completing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We are not obligated to accept returns if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.

To complete your return, we require the receipt you received with the package as proof of purchase.

Please do not send your package back to the manufacturer or any address other than the one stated below. To return your item(s), mail your package to the following address:

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary.

When you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping option or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. If still not visible, contact your credit card company and check the status of your refund. There is often some processing time before a refund is visible.
