As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays, sale periods and unpredictable occurrences.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country and are determined by local regulations beyond our control. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method, so you’ll always see the final shipping price before completing your order.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@viragoofficial.com, including your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return request has been received, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item(s) back. Return shipping costs are covered by VIRAGO.

Items should be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging where reasonably possible. Customers may inspect and try on garments as they would in a physical store. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Eligible refunds include the price of the returned item(s) and any standard outbound delivery charges required to be refunded by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Depending on your payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Sale Items

Discounted and sale items are eligible for returns under the same statutory withdrawal conditions as regularly priced items. Any applicable legal exceptions will be communicated before purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@viragoofficial.com so we can arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
